Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that:
- Show signs of wear, washing, or damage,
- Are missing original tags or packaging, or
- Are not returned in their original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
